Cars of Transformers: The Last Knight

While China takes over the world with cheap products, youth is still impressed with the "Suicide Squad" movie and glamour girls dream of a pink iPhone 7, I propose You to glance into the future and enjoy cars filmed in "Transformers: The Last Knight".

Cars of Transformers: The Last Knight

Transformers: The Last Knight is one of the most expected Summer 2017 releases. This will be the fifth and final Transformers film to be directed by Michael Bay. Audience will enjoy watching luxurious cars for every taste doing something out of mind in different locations, accompanied with outstanding visual effects. In "Transformers: The Last Knight", as usual, decepticons and autobots won't just ride streets of Washington, Havana and London, but will fight for the mankind's fate, while destroying everything around.

But let's leave all the details and move on to the characters made of steel.

Bumblebee – Chevrolet Camaro SS

Cars of Transformers: The Last Knight

The favorite of millions, Bumblebee returns as Chevrolet Camaro SS - the dream car of several generations. As usual, the Transformers' car has got several visual upgrades, including aggressive aerodynamic body kit, new carbon fiber cowl, massive spoiler, LED illuminations, scissor doors and 20-inch HRE rims. And that looks great!

The most showy and useless Bumblebee's upgrade are tiny side mirrors.
Just to mention, factory version of Chevrolet Camaro SS has 6,2L V8 engine with 455 hp.
This model has 8-speed automatic transmission, that allows to accelerate to 60 mph in 4,2 seconds. The car has electronic speed limiter, that doesn't allow to go faster than 155mph.
Additionally, the muscle car has adjustable shock absorbers and powerful Brembo brakes.

According to spy shots, Bumblebee will have a lot of screen time, so fans will be able to look more attentive to this car from different angles.

Barricade – Ford Mustang GT350R

Cars of Transformers: The Last Knight

Another American dream - muscle car Ford Mustang, is going to be a decepticon Barricade. This Ford Mustang GT350R has a 500hp 5,2L V8 engine plus a 6-speed manual transmission and 177 mph speed limit. Ford Mustang GT350R can speed up to 60 mph in 3,9 seconds.

Cars of Transformers: The Last Knight

Barricade looks like a real predator. Front part of the car is equipped with a massive bumper with lots of stroboscopes. Ford has got 19 inch black matte rims and big metallic spoiler. What a car!

Cars of Transformers: The Last Knight

All in all, GT350R looks really brutal and seems like it invites You to come to the dark side. Barricade will also have a lot of screen time, but will be an opposite to Bumblebee character. Great action on the roads and furious fights of robots - that's what You will see on the screen.

Optimus Prime – Western Star 5700XE

Cars of Transformers: The Last Knight

The main character - the last knight Optimus Prime is represented with a concept truck Western Star 5700XE. A modern classic in patriotic colors with flames looks solid. Western Star 5700XE has 400hp 14,8L engine and 12-speed transmission.

Cars of Transformers: The Last Knight

The manufacturers tried to make the truck environmentally friendly, so they put an SCR-AdBlue system and DPF filter on it. Smart navigation system customizes engine and transmission settings according to terrain types. Unfortunatelly, in Transformers 5 we won't see Optimus Prime riding on a Dinobot, but we will be able to pay more attention to the great polished truck.

According to the pictures, Optimus Prime has a double, but what if it is his twin-brother?

Crosshairs is an autobot from "Transformers : The Last Knight", who hasn't changed at all since the previous part of the movie. The robot transforms into an american supercar - Chevrolet Corvette Stingray. This coupe has 455hp 6,2L engine. 7-speed manual transmission allows RWD Corvette to reach 60mph in 3,8 seconds. In the cartoon, this character was a scientist and a great shooter, who acted carefully and meticulously.

In "Transformers : The Last Knight" Crosshairs is printed green and black so it will be hard to lose it out of sight.

A new character of Transformers - autobot Hot Rod is represented as an exclusive Lamborghini Centenario LP770-4. This outstanding car was created as a tribute to the 100th anniversary of the birth of Mr. Ferruccio Lamborghini.

Cars of Transformers: The Last Knight

Michael Bay managed to get this one of 40 existing supercar for his movie. Lamborghini Centenario LP770-4 has 6,5L V12 engine. Thanks to additional settings, this masterpiece has 770hp and speed limit of 217mph. It can speed up to 60 mph in 2,8 seconds on a short distance of 30 meters.

Cars of Transformers: The Last Knight

Michael Bay has to be very careful with this car, because it costs 1900000 $ and already belongs to someone. Maybe this fact prevented the director from redesigning of this alien. What's the role of Hot Rod we'll find out this Summer.

Cogman – Aston Martin DB11

Cars of Transformers: The Last Knight

One of Transformers' cars is a British supercar Aston Martin DB11, but there won't be James Bond driving it. The same way as 2 previous cars it has not been modified at all. The new DB11 has thin, sharp as blades LED headlight, dynamic exterior.

Cars of Transformers: The Last Knight

Aston Martin DB11 has 600hp 5,2L twin-turbo V12 engine, working side by side with 8-speed automatic ZF transmission. These characteristics allow "silver bullet" to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 3,9 seconds. Maximum speed of DB11 is 200mph.

Cars of Transformers: The Last Knight

So far this car was noticed just during shootings in London, so Cogman might be not one of the main characters. Also it is still not clear who it will fight for.

Galvatron - Freightliner Argosy

Cars of Transformers: The Last Knight

The resurrected in Transformers 4 leader of the Decepticons received not only the new name Galvatron, but also the new body of Freightliner Argosy truck. It looks so ominous and dark that even Darth Vader would be jealous

Cars of Transformers: The Last Knight

It might sound strange, that Galvatron has the same DD15 engine as Optimus Prime but with 200hp more. It looks so classy that Evil is always stronger but is doomed to lose.

Hound – Mercedes Unimog

The cheeky and cheerful warrior named Hound, the one with a cigar in his mouth, gets a new body - military car Mercedes Unimog U 4000. The civil version of this medium-size truck is equipped with a six-cylinder diesel engine, with 218hp. It has an independent suspension and an 8-speed transmission.
