Energy tablets with apples and cinnamon
Energy tablets

Ingredients:
8.8 oz walnuts
7 oz oats
8.8 oz dried apricot
2 teaspoon of cinnamon
¼ teaspoon of salt
2 mid-sized apples

Method:

Turn up baking oven to 356 F. Cover pan with baking paper and equally spread nuts and oats. Cook some 10-15 minutes until nuts starts emitting an odour. Nuts and outs mill with blender. Add salt, cinnamon, finely chopped apples and mill once more to a smooth. Put the blend on pan and rake it. Cook at 356 F for 20 minutes, then cool down and cut in squares. Keep in hermetic container in the fridge.

Ingredients:
7 oz pepitas
5.2 oz sugarless coconut flakes
3.5 oz benne
3.5 oz sunflower seeds
4 tablespoon flax seeds
20 large dates without pips
6 tablespoon coconut oil (can be replaced with butter)
4 tablespoon coco powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 tablespoon oats
2 tablespoon poppy seeds

Method:

Mill pepitas, benne, coconut flakes, flax seeds and sunflower seeds in kitchen machine and put into deep bowl. Blend dates, coconut oil, cocoa powder and vanilla extract into a smooth. If it is too hard, add some water. The blend of oil and pepitas mix with seeds, add oats, poppy seeds and keep in fridge for 30 minutes and then cut in tables. Keep in hermetic container in the fridge.

Energy tables with dates, raisins and almond
Energy tablets

Ingredients:
7.0 oz almond;
7.0 oz raisins;
7.0 oz dates without pips

Method:

Almond can be used both fresh and fried. The latter will make taste deeper. Mix and blend all the ingredients in kitchen machine to a smooth. It can take 5-10 minutes. Then, put it on pan with baking paper, cover food wrap and put into fridge for a night. Cut in tables and cover each of them in food wrap. Keep in hermetic container in the fridge.
