Pasta with pesto satay sauce

The classical pesto is made with walnuts and parmesan. Taste of the sauce will add hot pasta and make it more soulful.

Ingredients:
Pasta (spaghetti or tagliatelle) – 7 oz
Walnuts – 4.4 oz
Parmesan – 3.5 oz
Olive oil – 2.7-3.3 fl.oz.
Lemon juice – 3 tbsp
Greek yogurt – 1 tbsp
Salt – pinch

Method:
1.Cook pasta in boiled salt water as the instruction on the package reads. Empty the entire pot of pasta into a strainer
2. Meanwhile put coarsely chopped parmesan and walnuts into blender. Add olive oil and salt. Blend to a smooth.
3.Put the mix into the bowl, add lemon juice and yogurt. Stir and keep the sauce in the fridge no more than 2 weeks.
Before serving add the sauce to cooked pasta and stir. Can be decorated with walnuts.
